The Guesthouse
At Guest House San Cosmiato you will find free wi-fi, LCD TVs and air conditioning. All rooms have a view directly on San Cosimato Square.
In the rooms are free toiletries and private bathrooms with a shower. The Locanda is located on the first floor accessible by elevator and we provide a safety deposit box. You also have LCD TVs, telephone and a wardrobe.
The guest house staff are available for our clients’ needs until 9pm.
Guest check-in is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM. For arrivals after 9:30 PM, a €35 surcharge applies. All requests for late check-in are subject to confirmation by the property.

The “Ai Spaghettari” restaurant is one of the oldest Roman restaurants, opened in 1896.The owners keep the classic traditions of Roman cuisine alive by enhancing the ancient recipes. With ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil from Sabina, cured meats from Tuscia, vegetables and mozzarella from the Agro Pontino and flours from Ciociaria, as well as excellent local wines such as Frascati and Cesanese del Piglio, this is definitely a restaurant you will enjoy dining in.
